Terms and Conditions:

Rates are subject to change based on season & demand. Deals offered are based on eligibility & validity periods, applicable laws or government policies and multiple offers or expired rates cannot be honored.
PAN card must be produced in case of cash payments amounting INR 20,000 and above. 

To continue maintaining a highly secure environment, all guests are required to carry a photo-ID i.e. (Aadhar/Voter ID Card/Passport/Driving License for all Indian nationals) & Passport with valid visa for foreign nationals which must be presented at check-in. 

A credit card (Visa or Master Card) or bank transfer or UPI code payment is required to guarantee all confirmed reservations. We reserve the right to release non-guaranteed reservations. 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation 30 days prior to arrival date will incur no retention fee and guest will be eligible for full refund.
Refund for the advance payment for free cancellation could take a 2-3 weeks to get the amount credited in guest bank account.
Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation within 15-30 days will incur 25% retention charges and within 7-15 days will incur 50% retention charges. In case of early check-out, retention fee will be equivalent to balance room nights per policy. In case of no show, 100% retention fee for total room nights booked will be charged.

Please ensure that all payment transactions for advance and payments are routed through bank either via deposit Cheque/Demand Draft/transfer through Net Banking from your bank account and no cash transaction is involved as it would not be considered part of your payment. We would be unable to accept any cash deposited in our account and it would be best to avoid such complications at later date for either side.

Hotel Policy:

No Smoking:
Government of India requires ‘No-Smoking’ for hotels, restaurants, and all public places. As a result, smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel except in the outdoor balcony of Building 2, front garden areas and Pergola terrace seating area where the cigarette leftovers and ash can be safely trashed in smoking bins.

Please note that liquor is not sold in hotel premises.

Travel Regulations in Srinagar:
Srinagar Airport requires everyone 10 years and above to have proof of ID such as school ID card or Passport. To avoid any inconvenience at the airport & check ins, please ensure that these are carried on your person during travel. International Roaming and Prepaid Cellular Connections do not work in J&K

Early Arrivals:
Check-in time of the hotel is 1500 hours. For arrivals a couple hours prior to the hotel check-in time, we recommend placing advance order for meals in our restaurant while waiting for your room to be cleaned & prepared for a 3pm check in.

Arrival / Departure:
Check-In time is 15:00 Hours and Check-Out time is 11:00 Hours.
Check-Out after 12:00 hours is subject to the following charges: 25% of the room rate between 1200 hours and 13:00 hours, 50% of the room rate between 13:00-14:00 hours and 100% of the room rate after 14:00 hours.

All arrivals prior to 12 AM are billed 50% for the previous night depending on room availability.

The hotel reserves the right to charge for the entire duration of stay, in the event of an early departure. Terms & conditions are subject to change.
